Curriculum, reporting forms, and instructor resources were spread across separate documents, links, and communication channels. This made it harder for instructors to quickly find the correct lesson information, complete required reports, or share program photos with the appropriate regional team.

As Strategic Kids expanded across programs and locations, the organization needed a centralized, scalable resource that instructors could access from their phones before and after a class.

I organized the app around the instructor’s workflow, bringing curriculum and operational tools into one mobile resource.

Instructors can browse programs and lessons, review objectives and materials, follow activity guidance, and open supplemental resources. Conditional fields ensure that additional links appear only when relevant, keeping each lesson page clear and focused.

I also incorporated frequently used forms directly into the app, including substitute reports and incident reports. A dedicated social media submission form allows instructors to upload program photos and route them to the appropriate regional team for review and use.

Curriculum and resource data is managed through Cloud Firestore, while instructional video content is hosted through Bunny Stream for in-app delivery.

The app created a centralized operational resource for approximately 800 instructors, making curriculum easier to access while simplifying common reporting and communication tasks.

It supported more consistent program delivery, reduced friction around required forms, and created a clearer process for collecting social media content from instructors across multiple regions.
