Strategic Kids Website Redesign

Repositioning an enrichment brand to represent a broader education and staffing organization

I led the redesign and redevelopment of the Strategic Kids website, owning information architecture, messaging, page structure, copywriting, visual direction, CMS organization, and implementation in Wix Studio.

The project repositioned Strategic Kids from a company primarily perceived as an enrichment provider into a broader education partner offering both enrichment programming and school staffing solutions.

The Challenge

The existing website reflected Strategic Kids’ origins as an enrichment provider but no longer represented the full scope of the organization.

As staffing became a core service line, the company needed a more professional digital presence that gave both sides of the business equal credibility. The website also needed to serve several distinct audiences, including district decision-makers, families, educators, and job seekers.

The recruitment experience was especially important. The previous site did not visually or verbally communicate the scale of the organization, the value of its school-based roles, or why educators should consider joining the team.

My Approach

I reorganized the website around two core service areas: enrichment programs and staffing solutions. This created clearer navigation and allowed district partners to quickly understand the organization’s complete capabilities.

I rewrote and restructured the site content to position Strategic Kids as an established education partner rather than solely a youth enrichment brand. The new visual direction was cleaner, more professional, and better suited to district decision-makers while retaining the energy and accessibility associated with student programming.

I also redesigned the careers experience to be more visually engaging for educators and job seekers. The updated pages emphasized the organization’s mission, school-based opportunities, employee experience, and pathways to explore open positions.

Reusable layouts and CMS-driven content made the site easier to expand and maintain across programs, staffing services, locations, and recruitment campaigns.

The Outcome

The redesigned website created a clearer and more credible representation of Strategic Kids’ expanded identity.

It gave enrichment and staffing equal prominence, strengthened the company’s professional presentation to school districts, and created a more inviting recruitment experience for educators and job seekers. The new structure also made ongoing content updates and service expansion easier to manage.
